Rob and Susie Cason founded Cason Building Maintenance, Inc. in October 1982. We are an established full service commercial janitorial company that serves North and North Central Missouri as well as Central and Eastern Missouri.

We began our business with our first customer Orscheln Industries in Moberly, Missouri. Orscheln continues to be one of our most valued customers today. Our other clients include: State Farm Insurance, Scholastic Inc., GE Capital, GE Energy, Exel Inc., Boone Clinic, Boone Co-op and many other area businesses.

For over 25 years, CBMI has relentlessly provided detailed and reliable cleaning to its customers. At the heart and one of the main reasons for the success of our business are our trustworthy and qualified employees that provide our customers with excellent service. Our employees are trained to be as conscientious and observant as possible within the facility they are charged with cleaning. Many of our employees have saved some of our customers thousands of dollars in repairs by reporting immediately: water leaks, unusual odors and other potentially disastrous problems. Our company maintains excellent equipment and procures the latest, most effective supplies and materials to insure that your facility is not just clean, but sanitary. Each facility receives at least a weekly walk through by the facility supervisor/lead person as well as a twice-monthly walk through by the owners. Any issue that needs to be addressed is managed in a timely manner. We are committed to providing full janitorial service!

Quality assurance is incorporated in every area of building maintenance provided by CBMI. Our employees are trained to use the best cleaning methods available. Team cleaning enables our employees to cover smaller areas within large facilities. This allows them to clean more effectively while being observant to any problems or issues and to attend to these areas quickly. If necessary, our employees are also trained to notify the president of the company directly with any issues that they are unable to address.
